Hi we are new to this forum and this is our first posting. We are seriously considering moving to spain this year and will be doing our 1st urbanisation visit next week. We are currently using a relocation agent and wondered if anyone else has had any experiences either good or bad? We are considering the Murica area, and my husband is intending on setting up his own business.
We would be grateful for any hints, tips & advice before we go.

In my opinion the problem with any relocation companies, or property developing companies, or companies who give you a discount flight and offer to take you around, is that they only show you what they want ,as they are always on some sort of commission.I think it is worth the risk of doing it on your own, these people have been trained to sell, so please be vigilante, good luck and let us know how you get on. :scared:

I think the best way is to use these relocation experts to have a look around various area's then as a previous post has said come over and rent in the area of your choice, that way you can live the life and decide if in fact you do like it. (Area and lifestyle etc)
We used one and really hated the area that they took us to, which shall remain nameless, but they were quite good in only showing us the sort of property we were interested in and not what they wanted us to buy.
But good luck in your choices, we have no regrets at all.
