Am in the process of buying a new home,put down reservation fee but want everything to be in order before providing bank draft at Notario.It has been a long time since I used the services of a lawyer so just asking for names from you in the Alfaz/albir/benidorm area that you have recently found efficient.It is an ideal apartment for me but the lift has not been working twice when I viewed which I think should be remedied.It is a new build owned by an investment company & no Communidad formed yet so no one to complain to once I take ownership.Any thoughts?

Would very highly recomment these, we used them and they do have English and Spanish lawyers on site, one of their employess used to be on here, but has now moved back to the UK.
