or anyone else down costablanca south. have you heard of an estate agent company called barcleys properties 
They opperate on urbanization La Marina? Does anyone know if they have a good or bad reputation.

Sorry no, never heard of them, mind you we are considerably south of La Marina, and there are a lot of 'localised' estate agents.
