Default Question about avatars

I notice that some lucky people have animated avatars. When I try to upload one, I get a message saying I am not allowed animated avatars. Why is this? Have I been a bad girl or something? I am really really nice and don't understand why I am being picked on!

Hi, you have to be a premium member now to have one, it does not cost a lot !! and does help to run the site !!

Yes,I decided to,I figured for a very small amount it is well worth the pleasure and fun and all the information received ,I don,t subscribe to any mags or anything and the small amount is definitely money well spent for the very many hours I spend on here.............plus you get all the extra,s brilliant.....

Matt is thinking of going on to a pay per post system, i.e. he posts and you pay ..... so chuck any money this way that you don't need, paypal accepted, I'm his sales agent
