Well after a very long dry spell on the viewing situation, I finally have a lady coming to see the house tomorrow pm. As we have found a property in Spain that we really really want, I need her to fall in love with my house and make me an offer on the spot! All good thoughts at about 4pm tomorrow would be most gratefully recieved

Thanks for the Karma, no I wont be nursing in Spain but I will be popping bak to the Uk a couple of times a year so that I can do some flexi bank nursing, I can keep my pin number that way. Squelch has been my nickname for as long as I can remember thanks to my maiden name, nothing to do with soggy beds! Although on a bad shift it could be

Guess what!!!!!! having changed my shifts at work and scrubbing my house from top to bottom and then doing it again in case I missed anything first time round the viewing has been changed to tomorrow at 1pm. The lady can't get off work in time for today, gggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Do they not check things like that first?????????

Oh squelch poor you ,it so infuriating when this happens,it just makes me so cant people be a bit more straight forward and make their appointments and stick to them,I,m dreading going through all this,stupid woman does she think you have nothing better to do,try and stay positive,easier said than done...........Chin up........

Not a very nice thing to happen, but at least they haven't cancelled. Just think, most of what you have done will still be ok for tomorrow, so at least it hasn't been a complete waste of your energies.

well here we go again, have cleaned throughout, my kids had all there mates in and made a mess with the hose pipe, have tried telling them its best outside, but hey what do I know I'm only mum my viewing is booked for 1 hours time, so am going to grab a quick cuppa and then wait patiently, fingers crossed
