Default pre installed aircon?

hi all, having just moved to a newer place in denia, we're in the process of working everything out. anyone here got that pre-installed aircon that heats/cools all the rooms? if so, any idea of heating costs as i'm sure its way higher than seperate units as theres no way to channel to only the rooms you require.
apt is around 70m2 2 bed 2 bath living room with dining area.
i'm intending to not use it at all first month, then try it the 2nd, but its already starting to get a bit nippy!

cheers
DD

How about changing the air outlets to ones which you can control the flow of the hot/cold air? (Open/closed, directional)
