We wait for mail posted 28th December. I recently had terrible trouble with replacement debit and credit cards from NatWest.
Three attempts to deliver.
I think the packaging is obvious card therefore well worth filching and probably selling on.

I received a replacement credit card from my UK bank last week, took around 3 weeks to arrive after I received a letter from them telling me they were replacing my Visa card with a new Mastercard.
