Default Portugal and Spain

Hi everibody,

We are a young retired couple from Luxembourg.

We hesitate to buy a small house of 120m2 or in Castro Marim or in Costa Esuri.

Could you help us and give us some helpful advice?

Thanks and regards.

Hi RAK1947
Welcome to the forum.
If you check out the recently formed thread
"looking at property at CE in October " - especially mikeJ entry #14 page 1 and Jon-Bxl entry #19, 2nd page. You might find the information informative.
Happy house hunting.
Martin.

If you are looking at Costa Esuri look at Marina Esuri Manzana 1 where Banco Popular are about to release some of their properties for the first time. They will probably offer mortgages on them if that is what you require.

Yes prior to the marketing effort both Fadesa and the Bank paid their debts so the community all six of them had enought to put right lots of outstanding items!
