WARNING

A friend who had recently moved to Spain had just baked a Jamie Oliver cake. She was adamant that she had copied the recipe word for word and had weighed the ingredients to the gram. She finally deduced that Jamie recipes were overrated. His cake had practically burnt the back of her throat as she was eating and she throw the book into the bin. However, she was a bit red faced when I explained that levadura was not self raising flour. She had used 200g of levadura and had not added any flour.

Hi
Thank you all for your most helpful information. I'm back in Spain on Sun 8th March so I will try out the flour.
