Yes, I agree. I run Ad-Aware, SpyBot and Spyware Blaster as well as NAV.

One thing I have noticed with Spyware Blaster is that it blocks Terra.es and I have to deselect it each time I update the definitions otherwise I am unable to access my Telefónica email accounts.

Watch out for terra.es emails being rejected. A few years ago, terra domains were regularly being put onto spam blacklists because they were being used by bulk mailers. This happens sometimes and most ISPs are on the case immediately to get the blacklist managers to remove them and deal with the culprits. Terra just couldn't be arsed for ages at a time and several key emails I sent did not get through (with no notification of such).

well once you've run the spy shite, get and run the crap cleaner too, that'll clear general crap, quite handy...and yeah, if you don't have an anti-virus prog, get Avast, especially if you use any IM clients for chatting such as Trillian if you have more than one IM.

www.filehippo.com and you'll find all the software mentioned, less hassle farting around than on there original sites because of the mirrors etc.
