For info; the local company was set up by the PSOE and is owned by the local councils.

I'm fairly well aware of the price increases but simply wondered if the Spanish utility companies are allowed to get away with the same obscene degree of profiteering that exists in the UK.
For instance I notice that gas refills are limited to a govt approved price.
