Well there are lots in various shopping malls, I can't provide comparative prices etc., but do you mean malaga city/outskirts/somewhere else, and/or do you mean an optician or an English speaking optician? I used Alain Afflelou at Los Patios ... don't know their reputation or if they're expensive but they seemed ok to me and the optician there offered to speak to me in English (I hadn't asked) ...

Theres one next to Iceland in Fuengirola "Specsavers" I think. But there are opticians everywhere
