The OU are offering a lot of free courses at various levels.

Some related to Spain, worth looking at.

Thanks very much for that. I've just signed up to the Understanding Spoken Spanish. Definitely my weak point!

That looks very interesting. Thanks.
For those who want to improve their Spanish I recommend this page as it analyses problems that English speakers have
and has lots of free stuff.

I'm a bit North of Madrid and it's incredible how much the air pollution has dropped. Our views over distant sierras are much clearer. Apart from that it's pretty grim.

Thanks, I will check out your link.
Yes, it's grim but we have to stay positive by keeping busy and active. I have been cooking, reading, getting involved with webinars etc. We will win!

Its difficult for some to fill their days in lockdown. We've seen friends who have a busy working life then retire and just don't know what to do with their time, hobbies and interests are vital for people these days.
Not much difference for me, no school runs with the grandkids but I've got ham radio and some woodland so I've been pinging rabbits for us and the dogs and my polytunnel is absolutely spot on this year LOL
I've filled 10 1l Kilner jars with pickles yesterday and today, cauliflower, shallots and chilli (not mixed), made some beef jerky and vacuum packed it and dehydrated some wild mushrooms I foraged this morning.
I'm in the shack on the radio and the bands are quite busy now, lot more UK hams staying up late these days.
Keep safe you lot and all the best from us in South Wales.
