my wife is a nurse what would she have to do to get a job in spain?????????????????????????????????????????????

it depends where she wants to work

if you are in an area with private English doctors or clinics, she might be able to get work there

the mum of one of my dd's classmates does that - she had to have her qualifications translated & accepted here


to work in a spanish hospital she would obviously need to be fluent in spanish............

you probably have to use an 'official' translator

the surgery or clinic where she was going to work could advise best

go to www.naric.org.uk and click on going overseas.

They will handle everything, I think is about 75 quid (ish)

IIRC Spain has a surplus of qualified nurses so you may have a better chance if you are a specialist nurse?
