Well I had to go somewhere whilst I was waiting for someone to get the answers in the twisted lyrics thread.

Doesnt anyone want to play?

Or is it too difficult for you?

If you are getting a mortgage it should be easy as the banks will sort everything they won't let you invest their money into anything dodgy. My first property was bought this way and the bank was very helpful.

Good luck!

Hi Big Pete,

I would be very careful about relying on the mortgage provider as a check .

If you read of the experience of the Chiclana owners and the CDS owners who post on here many mortgages have been given on illegal properties.

Regards,

John.

I'm surprised about that as I thought seeing as they are putting the money up that they would be more vigilent. The bank I used when I bought my apartment were good (at that time). It was when I had the cash money that I got stung with dodgy solicitors and estate agents. Once I had bought the place my bank wouldn't even give me a personal loan against it, never mind a mortgage.

Yes i know but thats there , in Mallorca they had one incident of a dodgy mayor and they gave him a real pasting serving 20 years i understand .
This i am told was a warning to any others who consider a little back hander from builders etc.

Also i work on the theory buy older resale and if there had been a problem then it would of shown by now. Also if a Bank is borrowing and they check it i am sure they will want it right ..And if it even smells dodgy will decline it .

Hi
I have just answered my own question

A Notary is actually higher than a Solicitor as in the Uk only the elite can carry the title , they have fancy seals and things and are dead posh as well.

The original title was wrong its not Notura its Notary ,,
Just figured i add that so to conclude the thread and put it to bed so to speak..

So night night thread ..
