Hi, welcome to BE.
You’d posted in the visas section for the UK, so I’ve moved your post to the Spain forum for you. I’ve also removed your email address from your post - BE is a public forum so it’ll get picked up by every spambot & weirdo out there! Best not to include personal info in your posts please.
Always use official government websites rather than airline info. An airline’s advice will be ‘one size fits all’, may not be specific to those from the UK, and may be out of date.
Here’s the info from the UK government which isn’t confusing at all, and seems pretty clear you can’t enter if unvaccinated unless you come under one of the limited exemptions. I’m sure somebody will be along to advise on the Spanish government info shortly - https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-ad...y-requirements

Being a current Spanish resident, in which case a test is allowed (you upload the test result and a QR code is generated) You need to input your Spanish resident info in the form.
Or business travel, but you need letters from enployers and I think the Spanish company has to get permission (but seeing as you would need a short term visa for this now anyway, vaccination status would be in this)
Otherwise unless you can prove you need to come here for a family or a court appearance, as yet you still need to show vaccination status.
Personally I can't see Spain following the UK (and the other 8 or so countries) to allow restriction free travel before the latter part of the year.

Non residents can enter with an antigen test taken within 24 hours of arrival if you're not vaccinated. You just fill out the Spanish locator form.

Have you got a link to confirm that? Not doubting you but it seems to contradict what I read earlier, so would be good to provide the OP with a definitive answer from a government web page.

Edit: Not entirely correct. They have changed it again Ministerio de Sanidad - Professionals - Travel and COVID-19. You could have a recovery certificate but the UK doesn't provide those as far as I'm aware. However, the other site, also official, contradicts it:
Spain Travel Health (spth.gob.es) I also picked up my unvaccinated daughter from the airport last night, UK to Spain. You just get the antigen and complete the form, but it looks like we got lucky because of her age.

I'm reading both of the links along with the UK link and it's as clear as mud. Where is Stingychips when we need him? I'm sure he was due to travel and was in a similar pickle.

And it now looks like its changed again, back to the if not vaccinated then no entry.

It does state that under 17 can arrive with a test.
Seeing as Spain hs downgraded covid to a 'flu virus' now, it doesn't make any sense to keep the restriction (although that said, its taken ages to agree when to remove mask wearing indoors).
Didn't realise that you had to show a covid pass if you were flying in from other EU countries though. But not by car..

It makes the UK look organised. Here it say un-vaccinated can't come unless under 18 and with a test:
Ministerio de Sanidad - Professionals - Travel and COVID-19
However, on the page you visit to obtain the code it says you can enter:
Spain Travel Health (spth.gob.es)
Personally I would gamble it, if you get a QR code you're not breaking the law.

If in doubt, go with what Simon Calder says.
I won't paste it here as it's best to read the whole article.

Spain are still insisting on being vaccinated for Brits to enter but anyone from the EU can come in if they provide a negative test, this will probably change straight after Easter when masks indoors are also expected to be dropped.
If you are intending to come to the Costa del Sol before things change then there's the option to fly UK to Gibraltar where all Covid restrictions have been dropped then walk into Spain as there are no Covid checks on the boarder.

They briefly mandated the use of vaccine passports for restaurants and bars which was pointless as nobody took any notice.

People fight against restrictions all of the time and forget that the rules are there to protect them and others.
