Thank you to everyone you have all been really nice to me on here and the advice I have had has been priceless, our internet will be going off next Friday but will be back on asap and tell the story of how it went it might be useful to someone.

We are over next week, for a week, then back then Wendy goes for a month and a bit, then house sitting in Plymouth, then that's it. I will probably work for a bit longer here, just in case, then before Christmas we should be freezing in Sierra de Yeguas instead of really freezing in Birmingham.
Look forward to hearing how it went and how easy it was to get back online again as well.

Well I,m gutted have just been advised that our buyers, buyers cant move untill the 25th June we have had to cancel our Van rearrange the sale of our car the cut off date of all our utilities change the dates for the notary and bank and tell the people who's house we are buying that they will have to hang on a bit longer and we have spent the entire weekend getting drunk and saying goodbye to all our mates which we dont mind doing that bit again but its the rest of it thats inconvenient.

there,s always something when selling houses in chains is involved and all that re-aranging everything,just excatly the same thing has happened to my husbands Aunt .........hold on in there ,it will all come together in the end,sorry to hear you are having problems,chin up..

As BigPete says at least they haven't pulled out of sale!!!
Our buyer lost her buyer three times, now fingers crossed no last minute hiccups & we complete on thursday.
