My SUMA (the agency in Alicante) bill shows my last revaluation was 1994 which agrees with my search on catastro site.

Lots of good stuff on this site access your prop info via your catastro property ref number.

Please accept my apologies there is no specific reason other than my two fingered typing although not fast is quicker than my brain. I will in future make use of the spell checker.

Glad it helped - I think there is a huge amount of information etc available on Spanish web sites, just a case of knowing where to look, and I think they are often better than UK equivalents ie with PDF forms you can fill in online.
