I think you can find this information from the catastro site - try here

My SUMA (the agency in Alicante) bill shows my last revaluation was 1994 which agrees with my search on catastro site.

Lots of good stuff on this site access your prop info via your catastro property ref number.

That was just what I needed, many thanks. Our valuation was done in 2003.

Glad it helped - I think there is a huge amount of information etc available on Spanish web sites, just a case of knowing where to look, and I think they are often better than UK equivalents ie with PDF forms you can fill in online.
