They're quite optimistic on the opening date, which has already been delayed once. The haven't even broken ground on the site yet. It's very well positioned to help the other businesses nearby as it's next to a retail and leisure complex which suffers from low footfall.

Interesting that they chose a site on Juan Roig's commute.
