Surely you have to make income tax declarations in Spain( assuming you are a resident) no matter where you bank?

Cayman Isle accounts always include 100% tax avoidance scheme doesn't matter where your domiciled.

It's not totally incorrect as it probably applies to 70% of working Spaniards. However, to quote on an expat forum is misleading to say the least.
