Hi
I have just purchased a Movistar PAYG SIM for use over the next week while I'm in Spain.
Unfortunately my Spanish is poor, and the English of the assistants in the shop was only a little better.
I am trying to find out how to check my balance on my card, and also if there are any bundled data options, rather than the EUR3/10Mb that I've been told is the standard rate (I'm used to NZD1/10Mb in New Zealand). Vodafone Spain have an option which seems good, but I'm already committed to Movistar.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks
Andy

Next time go for Yoigo. It works very well and it is much cheaper.

Another good option for Internet access is Simyo. You get up to 100MB per day for €1 capped at a maximum of €5 per month. If you don't use it, you don't pay anything. Besides the have much cheaper calls than Movistar.
