Re: Moving To Yecla
Hi Polly,
Re: Schools, there are a number of Schools in town so you'll need to go to each one and decide which one you prefer. There are also a number of nurseries, some council run and some private. My wife will be able to help you decide between them because she is currently sizing them up for our 14 month old little girl. Re: Fitness At the last count, there was about 6 gyms in the town centre and 2 swimming pools so you shouldn't have any problerm keeping fit. Interpretation, Translation and Tuition Maria is a local Spanish girl, fluent in English and does loads of work with the expats in the area. She also hold private classes for a number of Brits and comes highly recommended. She can be contacted on 0034-619874048 Most of these topics have been covered in detail on the Yecla forum so you might want to pop over htere and have a browse. Your house is 8 Km out of town. Do you know in which direction/road? Bye for now Dean |

ReDean I have noticed the house we are looking is listed on yeclaserve "casamar". Do you know it? Would love to hear your wifes verdict on nurseries. We are trying to book some flights to come and view the house again at the end of May and take a proper look at the area. Although it will be a short visit as we are leaving our daughter behind. I'm off now to take a look at yeclaserve. |

My daughter is already in Spain. We went over in January and she stayed behind. She is already conversing in Spanish and making herself understood, also she has met a lad who she really likes (fingers crossed on that one) It would be good to meet up with your daughter, if she's interested. I know she has got a new man and has obviously found it easy to fit in. It all sounds so promising. |
Re: Moving To Yecla
Hi Polly.
Yes we know the owners personally. Margaret and Jon are very good friends of ours. It was a shame that they decided to go back. But, they're happy now and pop back when they can. Awesome views and a real lawn, that's rare. |

My husband has plans on a cricket net in the orchard:frown: How long have you been in Yecla? |
