Moving to Spain - general questions
Having lived in Northern France, Normandy, for 6yrs, we would like to go somewhere sunnier and more "carefree" to live.
We are 29 and 40, run our own renovations amd machinery hire company and can go anywhere in Spain.
We want somewhere say 15-30 mins inland, or more for right mountain location, at least 2h of land, youngish population (Brit or Spanish) and a good place to start thinking about having children.
I know it's vague, but any advice appreciated as we intend to spend a few months viewing areas in the Spring, and would like some hints as to where may suit us best.

We appear to have everything you are looking for, but not many expats as yet, we have the sea 5kms away and as we are 1000ft up we have sea views, with the sierra's just an hours run the other way. Half an hour or less gets us to the Alpujarra's glorious up there, pace of life is nice and relatively slow, Look up Albunol on the www you will probably find a load of my photos to look at.

Medina-Sidonia is a nice place, its about 20 mins from the coast - very nice and peaceful.
I don't live there, but travel back and forth regularly.
