moving to spain??!!
Hi everyone out there.Hope someone can help me.We are afamily of 6 thinking about moving to spain in the granada area.As you can imagine with 4 kids, school is the main priority. One problem though, our youngest is registered disabled although she can walk,(not very well) and she can talk of a fashion. She is 3 1/2 years old.Any one have any suggestions i would be really grateful as i cant seem to find anything on any websites.I dont believe no-one is dis abled in spain!!!!
Thanks loads.Ruth

Try this link, it lists all schools in Spain, plus loads of other helpful stuff.
http://spainexpat.com/
Dont know anything about disabled kids in school, but if you are hopitalised they expect a member of the family to look after the patient to save the nurses time etc, so maybe the same for the schools.
I would also say you will need to be fluent in Spanish to cope with the enquiries and paperwork involved.
Good luck john
