Default Moving to Marbella

I've just been offered a job in Marbella, and i'm looking to move over there in the next three weeks. I'm looking to live outside marbella or flat share within the city. I've been offered 2300 euro's a month, is this sufficient to have a decent standard of living in the costa del sol?

Also i would like to meet up with any expats living around the marbella area, so if anybody fancies going for a drink when i arrive then please leave your email address and i'll get in touch.

Check your contract of employment to see if this is 12 or 14 monthly payments per annum. Makes a difference!

Should be sufficient as rents in that area are quite high...hope you settle in well as I´m just down the road in Fuengirola. Sure you´ll enjoy it. Is that net or gross as if it´s gross, you´ll pay more tax initially and then it will increase so in the long term you may be earning less.... just worth checking.

That is net, i wanted to know how much my overall pay would be every month.

Does anybody know a good website for shared accommodation around the Costa del Sol area? I've tried http://www.idealista.com and was wondering if there any more?

Thanks
