Hi,

I must be getting too old for technology because I cannot find the event referred to on the site but I will be happy to do the washing up if that would help?

Dear John & Kath,

Many thanks for that but is it open to non-residents?

Of course we will be trying to recruit new members to the association and you would not be eligible for that but you would be very welcome to attend. There is a small charge to play Bingo and drinks and snacks are available at the Bar. There should be a good attendance of residents and visitors (it is half term in UK) also we hope friends from the Town of Ayamonte will also join us.

All I can say at this stage is that it was a very good night for all concerned and the CERA gained new members and made one lucky table won three prizes. There will be a full report with pictures on the CERA website and when that pops up I will post a link on here.

Hi Ken flushed with success there was talk of them being monthly but El Presidente is also asking us to think of fresh ideas as well!
I think you have to be sensible and try to coincide events with say UK half terms or we will be relying on our Spanish friends to line our coffers. Last night we had English, Scottish, Swedish, Finish Russian, South African, Belgian, Portuguese and of course our Spanish hosts in good numbers. I think we have to say a very big thank you to our Bingo Caller and fellow cmttee member Chrissy who managed to call in most of those language's.

Sorry of course there were indeed Liam was sat at our table! I also omitted to thank the Golf Dourado team who provided half time tapas, drinks at the tables, prizes and unfailing cheerfulness.
