moped transfer
how do you transfer a MOPED (YELLOW PLATE) from the local farmer to me....
i know how you transfer a CAR/MOTORBIKE but i understand its done at town hall not trafico
ALSO on WHAT mopeds do you need an MOT ITV is it all existing mopeds or only those made after a certain date
this one is about 20 years old...
