Here's the thing,
bought a car from Malaga area, the dealer has posted the original Ficha tec and the Permiso to me - some montha ago - but I never got them. I wasn't in Spain at the time, so no alarm bells were raised.
Does mail sometimes get saved at the post office, if so, which one would it be?
Typically, I need them now to get the ITV done on the car.

If I can't get them, any ideas on what I do to get the car tested?

It turns out, it wasn't at the post office - they rang up somewhere to check for me, presumably, the local sorting office.

I've been told to go to a Gestor and get an "informa" from him - anyone know a local Gestor who speaks English - my limitied Spanish is just not up to this kind of thing.
