I really don´t know if it´s local, slang or proper castillian spanish. You know how it is...you hear a word and then incorporate it into your own vocabulary, but I have no idea of its origin.

I first heard the word (and stole the idea) from a regular meet up that takes place in the Sierra Nevada for skiers. They called it a Kedada, which I assume is SMS type slang for Quedada.


Mike - good idea about posting it in the meet up section, but I tried and it told me I don´t have the correct "permission" to post there, whatever that means.
