Can you put some photos on this thread Mitzy, it may just make more people want to come to the meet?

Perhaps it may be an idea to put some prices of the cave rental on here too, so peeps know what they are looking at cost wise :)

Hi all :)

Am keeping up to date with this thread, and am still hoping to be able to make it to the meet up.
SD has been extremely kind and helpful with a few suggestions to help make my travel a bit more staightforward!
(SD, I will PM you again over the weekend)

Unfortunately, we are having a bit of a nightmare at the moment.
We are in the middle of moving house, and now Keith has injured is back!! :(
He couldn't even move on Tuesday, but today he can walk a bit and is feeling a little more comfortable.
Obviously it's put the move on hold, but I'm doing what I can "poco a poco", and some friends are coming to help on the weekend.

Hopefully you can appreciate that sorting out the meet up isn't quite making it to the top of our priority list just at the moment ;)
However, I will continue to try and sort out travel options ASAP.

Matt, Mitzy's right! The whole idea of the meet up, is so that people can all be in the same place and spend the evening together.
The cave houses look great!

Right, must go - more boxes are beckoning!

I have a slight bout of claustrophobia sometimes, I would rather not have a panic attack when all you lot meet your idol, if ya know what I mean.

Just had a thought.........you could always share a cave with us. But I will warn you, Mitzy says they dont have doors on the bedrooms, just curtains so you may have to listen to my OH making smelly noises in the night ;)

They have 3 bedroom caves all with curtains across the doors, so we can all share smells and noises if youre brave enough :rofl::rofl:

Sadly not! It's too far with the kids, the car is crap and probably won't get there, and as you say, I'll still be looking for pink paint for the pool! + a couple of other issues!
We will come to one, just not this one, sorry.

I must say having a look at those photos it's changed my opinion of cave houses, if the living rooms were bigger I'd seriously consider one!

The bathrooms have doors
The cave I stayed in only had curtains to the living room, but to be fair it was a one bedroom and sofa bed affair

Maybe the others have doors in which case we could double up. I'll ask when I finally get through to the man! We have had a communications failure with my normal contact :(
