I do understand the Mods position on stopping advertising.....and I'm not trying to break the rules.
The situation is this: If I put up a film of Dylan or something like that, it's my film and my content. However....when I put up a vid of a cave walkthrough or a cave being built, it's because a client has employed me to take it. If I post it up anywhere WITHOUT the copyright then any other agent can plagarise it for their purposes. And they will do it at the first opportunity! So I cannot risk what essentially is a client's property being posted on the Net without their branding on it. It's not me trying to flaunt the rules.....it's just that I have a duty of care to the respective client. So as you see, we have a Catch 22 here. |
