The Sentinella has been running for two and a half years in the Axarquia region of the Costa del Sol and a Costa Tropical edition has been running for 1 year. It is a free A5 magazine and is written in a very light hearted style, with lots of local info, jokes, funny stories etc.

Many thanks to all of you who have already agreed to have your comments used and it'd be great to hear from anyone else who wouldn't mind. Please could you let me know if you wish to have you name included with your comment. We will also be printing that they all originally came from this forum.

Good Luck with the magazine - and of course you can include my name if you use my comments.

Hi Keljo,
If sue has said yes you can print all of my posts in regards to the programme.
I just wish there was more of the singing lady and less of the smoking lady.
It's not tat she's a bad person, it just that the editing has not done her any favours.
As for tonights show, Does anyone else agree that Husband Joe came across as a really nice bloke, a bloke with a burden but nice none the less?

I agree there - Joe seems really nice, but definitely put upon! He must really love Lisa. Goodness knows what he sees in her as she seems so full of herself. And isn't the baby (Blue) GORGEOUS

Totally agree about the lack of Spanish in 6 years, she should be ashamed, thought Joe seemed so much nicer than his wife, but still, where do they get their money, the 1700 Euros won't last long.

Oooooh i hate that woman only watched the first episode and this one. I hate the fact i will be living less than 100 miles from that retched woman. The singing one with teh POSH outlet is OK, at least shes working for a living.. But that smoking woman? Urghh shes horrible. Has no respect for where she is and getting life handed out on a plate. I hate the fact that im going to be in the costa skrimping and scraping to afford a studio apartment in a high rise when she;s got a luxurious villa with private pool handed on a plate.

Dont they have car seats in Mabella either? did you see the maid clutching hold of the child whilst in the car? WTF? I refuse to move my car an inch if everyones not strapped in.

I also cant believe poeple who woudl live in another country for 6 years and not even know how to say veinte euros por favor, muchas gracias. Its the basics and it shows respect. Something those women clearly dont have.

As for Joe, get a f*****g spine and get rid of the leeching cow and send her back to the UK, or take her for a 'shopping trip' to Gibraltar and push her off the rock. Baby Blue would be better off.

yes, there are seat belt and child seat laws here, but about the one thing that did shock me a bit was that they all seemed to have legal Spanish cars, would have thought that they would still have been driving the UK registered ones. Certainly seems to be a poor advert for the expats that live in the area, they are all likely to get tarred with the same brush unfortuneatly. I realise that these are exception rather than the rule, but can we be surprised that people get the idea that they can come out here with no knowledge of Spanish, and not even bother to learn, but they will still be able to earn money and have a good life.

You can use my name.....

Lisa may be putting on an act as some have suggested but smoking when pregnany is not an act, she wouldn't even lift 2 carrier bags for fear of hurting the baby but smoking the baby out is just fine.

Proves my point really that women like her should not be fortunate enough to have children.

And why does she feel the need to swear so much in front of her eldest child, that is no way to speak.

And last but not least, I refuse to believe she is only 32 she looks so much older, but then all day tanning and a 40 a day habit will make you look like that.

As always Jo. great singing, mad the show watchable and poor Louise getting her hair stuck in the hair dryer.. At least it wasn;t your own hair!!!!

Forgot about the hairdryer bit, though that was funny, she had already lost one extension that fell out, then to get it caught in the 'wrong' end of the dryer, poor hairdresser, said to be 'local talent'.

No problems using my name for magazine, going to look at it online now, and hope I can get hold of the hard back version at some point.

Regarding Lisa´s age, she said she left school, as did most people at 14 ?!? I had to stay on at school till 15 and am a lot older than her, and dare I say....without the wrinkles !!

You are right, women like her should not be fortunate enough to have children. I went through years of Ivf treatment to have kids. I stopped smoking before and all through the treatment. It didnt work out for us, but when I see spoilt idiots like her on the tv smoking while she has a growing baby in her womb really does make my blood boil. I would be so ashamed of her if I was her mother watching her on tv.

BREAKING NEWS

Joe's not baby Blues father

I've never saw a child look so much like his dad, reminded me of Doctor Evil and Mini Me.

I feel for women who can't concieve and Lisa is allowed to be a mother 3 times over.
