Question Looking for rental in Costa Blanca

Hello!

My family and I are moving to Costa Blanca in April 2017. We eventually want to buy but want to take a rental property for the first year so that we don't rush into anything.

We tried to view a few rentals during a visit last week but didn't manage to find anything. Clearly not a lot about. Grateful for a PM if anyone can give me a heads up on any properties they are aware of that meet the following requirements:

Areas: Punta Prima, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca (or nearby but within walking distance to beach).
Size: 3+ bedrooms
Price: Looking at 800-1000 Euros per month.

Private pool preferred

Grateful of any advice!

Found lots of properties for sale and short term rentals but not a lot of long term. I usually just start with Kyero and take it from there.

Also looked through Home Vs, Atrivm. Walked into 7-8 agents in the area but told that they don't do long term rentals. I'm confident we will find something but the forums are another avenue. Perhaps private owners thinking about renting out might see this.
