Sycamores Natasha has been brilliant so far. Has quoted all in including helping us with NIE and sorting out a bank account. She has also helped us getting initial approval for a small top-up mortgage in case it's needed. Very quick email responses. No question of us not using them when the time comes . Great recommendation and thanks again

On the subject of letting holiday property, the rules seem to be tightening up considerably. The exact situation depends on where you are situated but as an example, this is the situation in Aldalucia.

It looks like it is not going to quite so easy in the future to buy a property and just let it out with a few ads on a letting site.
