Just be aware that for every person who says how awful Spanish building quality, etc., is, there is another who's suffered at the hands of a shoddy or rip-off Brit and another who's realised the Spanish know a bit about their own materials, etc

Thanks. We haven't rejected anything Spanish. Just looking around for options. My girlfriend (resident in Spain for 20 yrs) knows Spain and Spanish well enough and she's looking at that.

But for me to sort out this work we need doing I need an English-speaking contact since I'm not so great at Spanish. I'm just doing my part how I can - in English lol
