long term rental Javea
As a family we are looking for a long term rental in Javea and commencing on the 24th of April. Do understand that it is perhaps too late in that villas are now opened for the summer market and hence greater revenues.
Yes agency route is available but would prefer a direct owner - tenant route.

how long do you want the 'long term' to be?
Most of the people who offer lets for a few months do so from Nov to March as the summer rental market will be opening then, so they want short term holiday lets, but there may still be some available.
