Saw half of it this morning. Same old tired format. Will they get the business open in time, ex-pats at the opening party. Another couple looking for a house with lots of bedrooms for 150,000.

oh but i want a house with loads of bedrooms for 40,000 i saw a programme that said i could get one...

well ok it was filmed in 1991 but it cant have gone up that much can it??

is this quote not true then?
Castalla is a small peaceful town with its roots firmly planted in the past, and it sits comfortably amid wooded hilltops with views overlooking the la Foia

guess what the programme was on repeats last night..well it was if castilla is prouncounced =castiya
the 2 bed room new build was 48,000 with a fab view and they could choose everything as the build wasnt going to be completed for 2 years!!! i thought it ws very small but hey...

48,000 There are lots of apartments being built in the town, doubt very much you would find one that cheap now. Also they are not selling and the owner of one block is on the verge of being repossessed if he doesn't start selling soon
