Default Live Operations on TV

Anyone watching the programs on channel 4 at midnight.

I watched one the other night and the guy was talking to the surgeon while he was operating on his brain.

After watching last nights stomach op I can see why I was so bruised with my Hernia op.

Am I the only one to remember ´Your Life in Their Hands´? many years ago? Did the same sort of thing, but it was in black and white and it made my stomach churn then. Haven´t seen this one, even out of morbit curiosity.

Is this the guy who froze dead bodies - young and old - then sliced them into sections on tv. This was to show an internal side view. (does that make sense?)

Did I really watch this? Shows there was sod all to watch at the time.

JJ I use to watch "Your life in their hands" but of course it was recorded, I don't recall it being live, but then I could be mistaken, I loved it I never missed it.

Again great TV Mitz I could watch Gunther every night, I always wanted to work in a mortuary but I only ever made it into the labs, still maybe next time around I will get my wish.

What channel and what time are these on? Have they been on for ages? Oops, sorry, just looked at the first post and saw the answers there.
