Just to be clear though, having a dual screen name is an instantly bannable offence, and if he was someone else on here then he wouldn't be here any more.

How would you know that he hasn`t? Couldn`t he use different details when registering?

As Crispy says, you need to be more specific.

My understanding is that it isn't that easy to have two identities on boards like this.
