If you think that was a personal attack then you need to "live in the real world". Just fair comment!
I will repeat. I have no gripe against Jag - my gripe is with the members of this forum. My view is not one-sided. If you bothered to read my posts before replying you will see that I have said on more than one occasion that it is an unfortunate situation. I have a great deal of sympathy with the neighbours. Common sense says that they are in a much worse position with him there than without. I have just commented without being offensive on what I consider to be a bullying thread. It's my opinion and I'm sure you'll agree I am quite entitled to it? If you don't agree - you don't agree! I am, I can assure you completely impartial. I know nobody concerned. Can any memebers of the 'Jag Gang' say the same? |
Re: Jags - Time To Act
I'm just wondering how many of the 'Jag Gang' are in the so called 'golden circle' status of debenture holders.
If so should they be declaring a commercial interest.....? I don't really no what these debenture holders are so I'm sure somebody will enjoy hugely educating me..... |

Although I have not met the neighbour, I'm sure he and his family are friendly people as well. I know Jag fairly well but would say I know him any better than the others, but I will help protect his business just as I would do for the others if they were in the same boat.
So you must have evidence of the accusations you made about these individuals trying to shut Jags down? If you do not, then that is surely making personal attacks on the said individuals as you have openly made false and potentially damaging comments against them! |

Tell me, if there was a petition to close you down, wouldn't you want a fair trial. Or would you rather wait until the authorities turned up with a closure notice based one sided story that was too late to contest. Be honest now! |

Yes I was the one to start the thread, but as one of the individuals know this was off the back of some very specific emails which were being circulated behind people's backs which I did not start. I also publicly said that if they weren't true then I apologise. However, none of the mentioned individuals have denied the gossip, which is all this really is, so other bloggers can make up there own minds on this.

Hot on that terrace today I can tell ya! Of course I haven't been called to the witness box. This is a 'Jag Gang' trial. Internet Stylie! It would obviously be much to inconvenient to have a dissenting opinion.....;) |
