Yes, we will be tax resident in the UK. 90 day rule. Have property and business interests, children.

So getting off the hook in Spain should be easy even with the nationality issue.

I hope HMRC are more efficient than Hacienda used to be at collecting it, otherwise people might leave the country without paying it, and that would never do.

More tax likely to be applied to trusts set up to avoid UK inheritance tax too, I see:-

Still generous allowances compared with some other countries.
