Default Isla Plana, Mojon Hills, Murcia.

Hello to all you ex-pats,

I hope you are all enjoying your lives abroad.

I'm looking at buying a place in Isla Plana, Myrcia. Somewhere where I can relax in-between touring and has good rental opportunities. Admittedly I am still a long way off as I still need to explore the area properly.

I have a few questions which hopefully you can help we with.

1. Have any of you bought a property in this area? And if so can you share any experiences with me?

2. What sort of yearly charges are involved with the maintenance of the property? Service charges, any taxes etc.

3. In order to make it financially viable I would need to rent it out for at least two months of the year which would go someway toward paying for itself. What is the rental market like there at the moment and
is this a possibility?

Thanks for any help, it is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Mark
