Default Inventions!

I think a great invention would be an irrigation or sprinkle system that has a sensor on that tells when it is raining and then doesnt come on. That would save on both water and money!

We have had torrential rain here this morning and when I look in the communal areas the sprinklers are on!!

Come on guys.....let me know what you think would be a good invention

I have seen one that has a little eggcup thingy attached, if any water is caught in this it trips a switch to off, until it dries out again.

I cant believe they dont use them much, it must save a fortune on water if they do use one.

Our water bill has a default start at 15€`s a quarter, we have only gone over it twice, so only pay 15€ usually.

The community pay for the garden water, I had the sprinkler on when it chucked it down a few weeks ago. lol

IMO a far better invention would be one that stopped the rain if the sprinkler was on - and sod the bills!! I reckon every home would have one.

Or

Do you know different Matt??
