That was probably right before the world's climate change.

Last winter in the Costa Blanca it was the coldest winter in living memory, also I don't think last summer was as hot.

The winters are definatly getting colder, & the summers not as hot.

They are now building houses near us with damproof courses & insulation. Wish I could buy one of those.
