Just read that the football stadium in chiclana is to be demolished in order to build 300 apartments and some shops - heres the link

Thanks for the link Mitzi. Is the redevelopment neccessarily a bad thing?? I know that there is a shortage of affordable housing due to the expats pushing up prices, so as long as it isn't aimed at the expat market, perhaps it is to be welcomed. Chiclana will keep growing..lets just hope it is done sensitively. I find the news item abut the development near Vejer more worrying....I hope they don't ruin the beautiful coastline.
