Great idea. I have know people work in the hotel industry here where they had their lodgings included, and now with the summer season approaching you may get lucky and find some that are hiring. If the one above cant help himself he may be able to point you to an employment agency that can help out. Between Gandia and Alicante city there must be hundreds, if not thousand of hotels.
