There are mumbles that the EU are talking about banning anything below Euro3 emissions compliant vehicles from major cities.
It's happening already with Euro2 in parts of europe, even in Russia of all places!
Note to anyone reading this from a google search I believe Euro3 came into power in 1993 onwards.
