I would say South West Spain, but I`m a cockney speaking posh. ;-)

oxford dictionary south-western, as it is not a specific location. but most people wouldn't notice how it was written.

Just to make it even more confusing, Collins lists it as southwestern. But as Tony says, nobody would really notice because, as you can see, dictionaries and ourselves on here can't agree.
