Context is everything of course. You could say: "Me traes otro de lo mismo", but personally I'd just start from scratch, "Me traes otra caña", after all what if the waiter doesn't remember what you had before?

I would never use lo mismo, to mean another round of the same drinks, I was replying to another post to explain that "es lo mismo" is used more to say I dont have an opinion either way.

Just because you might not personally use it that way doesn't make it wrong. Let's say the waiter asks one person what they want to eat. That person says "paella". The next person could then tell him "Para mí lo mismo".

ive always used ultra mas and it seems to work, can't seem to find it wrote anywhere though

I never said it was wrong. There is no right and wrong here. It depends on the situation for example, we would never ask for "la cuenta por favor" in all eating places. That for me is like going to a transport cafe in the UK and asking for " the bill". I would say "cuanto te/le debo? (how much do I owe you)

I just open my mouth and see what comes out. Normally, "me cobras".

he never had any problems.

I was told los mismo by the bar man waiter in Competa so not sure if right or wrong.
