For Galicia the dish could be about 2.5 M in dia. for UK TV. Do a forum search as We once posted a link to a web site which gave you details of dishes etc.
We watch Dutch TV (when we have time) but still had to go to a good installer because they knew what we wanted. The installer is based in Lugo and will be too far away from you. Maybe you should hunt one down in the Yellow Pages for A Coruña.
Lucky for us Dutch signal does not require a large dish, thus ruining the property.
Hope your Spanish is technical enough to discuss your requirements.

We are in Viveiro and have a 1.8m dish (solid - not in panels) and we suffer no loss of channels. OH built a large concrete stand and we erected it ourselves. We had to purchase the dish from somewhere in the South of Spain (sorry cannot remember who from). And then from ebay we bought a satellite finder for about a tenner. We have Sky and a also a FTV box which you can buy anywhere for about 30 euros.
